I was concerned at first after reviewing other scopes and their specifications. I didn't think I would or could find something in a reasonable price range that wasn't plastic. You typically have to be concerned when you see low prices with a promise of good quality. I decided to order this scope because of the glass optics and the fact it was described as not being plastic. When it arrived and I took it out of the box I was impressed. The build quality is very good. Sturdy, heavy and well made. Everything was well packed and the optics are included in separate containers and are easy to install. The scope's light is bright and the optics are very good. Very satisfied with this purchase, especially at the price.
